China: Cold storage forecast: capacity will exceed 53 million tons in 2018

With the rapid development of the domestic cold chain logistics market, the market demand for cold storage is becoming more and more prominent. Online shopping, fresh e-commerce, and fruit and vegetable home delivery are all popular choices in the current consumer market. Benefiting from the growth of such consumption, the domestic cold chain logistics market has also developed rapidly. It is estimated that the size of China’s cold chain logistics market will reach nearly 300 billion yuan in 2018. By 2020, the market will be nearly 470 billion yuan.
