NEXDOC AND EXDOC USERS:

The department will shortly start sending notifications about EXDOC and Next Export Documentation System (NEXDOC)  changes and outages via its mail subscription service. Using the subscription service means that:

• Companies can have multiple staff subscribed to receive system outage and change notifications.
• Only companies that want to receive system notifications will receive them.
• The department can quickly advise all software users about unplanned and scheduled system outages.
• The department can advise exporters about outages that may affect their ability to export or obtain certification and any actions they can take.

If you would like to receive direct notifications of EXDOC and/or NEXDOC changes and outages, please go to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry subscription centre, which is located at https://subscribe.agriculture.gov.au/subscribe. Complete your contact details, then select all departmental notifications you would like to receive. Scroll down to Export systems news to find the EXDOC and NEXDOC subscription options.
